little feathery horny rodents

November 17th, 2004 (05:50 pm)
irritated

current mood: irritated

otherwise known as LOVEBIRDS, the most evil of the evil species on this planet.

don't be fooled by their cute fluffy feathery-ness, they are evil EVIL reproducing rodents in disguise.
some branch off the rabbit family I think.

there is
an egg
in Solo
& Stiches’
cage.

I don't know how it got there, but myself & Andrew did NOT place it there.

:oX

they were doing suspicious business the other day, and I thought [naively] that squirting them w/the water bottle every time they were caught, would distract/deter them from doing the wild monkey dance ever again.
but alas, my plot did not work.

rotten
little
feathery
horny
fluffy balls
of reproducing
cuteness.

AGH!!!!!!!!

no.more.LOVEBIRDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

baby dinosaurs

don't laugh!

You'll just encourage they're reproductive behaviour....

they were trying to amorous again this evening. :oX I wasn't having any of that... I'll be damned if I get stuck having to adopt more of their babies!!

Solo's a loosey goosey... why couldn't they be more prudish, like the parakeets?

baby dinosaurs

There are two eggs now. :o/

::sigh::

I think she may be done laying the eggs now, I took out this wood thing they were hiding under...
we had put them in separate cages once, and they were SO loud... it wasn't working for us, so we put 'em back together, & wouldn't you know it, their volume went down.

I would gladly unload a baby off onto you... but ya, it'd be hard to get it there to you.

We think she's brewing another... her belly was lookin low yesterday...

ya, we have some of their babies already... their first batch was 5 in total...

we haven't given them a nesting box for the one she's just laid, so since they aren't sitting on it, we are thinking it won't develop [I hope it won't, b/c if it did, I would feel like a baby bird killer...*sniffle*]

if they have another batch, and we have money to go to NY, will do chica!

I second that notion.

well, I applied for a different position in my department, and if that falls through, then that would be at least $400.00 more a month... could even be more, but I'm not too picky at this point in time... ;o)
